Creating an account on IVOTIA

Ways to create an account

IVOTIA lets you create an account in two main ways: by signing up with your email address or by continuing with Google.

You do not need separate buyer and seller accounts. A new account starts as a buyer account, and you can complete seller setup later from your account area when you are ready to sell products or services.

Create an account with email

Open the sign-up page and choose the email option if you do not want to continue with Google.

On the current IVOTIA sign-up form, enter your email address, create a password, confirm it, complete the verification captcha, and then select Continue.

Verify your email with the 6-digit code

After email signup, IVOTIA sends a 6-digit verification code to the email address you used. You must enter that code on the verification screen to continue.

If the code expires or does not arrive, you can request a new one from the same verification page.

   Complete the verification captcha if prompted.

   Select Verify email to continue into onboarding.

Continue with Google

If you choose Continue with Google, IVOTIA redirects you to Google so you can approve the sign-in using your Google account.

If the Google account does not provide a verified email address, the sign-in cannot finish. If an email address is already linked to Google, IVOTIA may ask you to continue with Google instead of creating a separate email-password account.

Finish the first-time setup

After successful signup, IVOTIA takes you into the onboarding flow. The first required step is choosing your username.

If you signed up with Google, IVOTIA may also offer an optional step to add a password later so you have a backup login method besides Google.

Important things to know

   A verified email is required for the email signup path.

   A Google sign-in requires Google to return a verified email address.

   An existing verified account with the same email should be logged into instead of registered again.

   You can use the same IVOTIA account as both a buyer and a seller; seller setup can be completed later.
